IS THERE A MINIMUN ORDER SIZE?

There is NO minimum order size unless you are getting a Package Deal.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can contact The Party Post via Facebook, (The Party Post LLC) e-mail (thepartypost@yahoo.com) phone 440-812-2655. The Party Post will e-mail you the contract and Terms and Conditions or meet with you. You will have to sign these contracts and put a 25% deposit down to rent items.

 

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

There is not a daily daily rate.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

We ask that you book your event at a minimum of 6 months prior to your event date. Dates book up fast so the sooner you book the better chance you have at us having that date open for the rentals.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Once a contract has been signed and/or deposit received, the contract is confirmed. The deposit secures 25% of each item listed, therefore you may remove an item, however the deposit on that item will be forfeited. All deposits are non-refundable.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

We accept all Major Credit Cards, Cash and Check

We ask that a 25% deposit be placed at the time the contract is signed and the remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your event date.
